Ingrid Joya Bachmann, founder of Rituals by Joya

I SEE WHAT MATTERS, THEN I BUILD THE EXPERIENCE AROUND IT.

I’m good at getting to the heart of what people really want to create. I notice the important details, understand the people and relationships involved, and at the same time see the bigger picture.

I’ve spent more than 25 years working across art, events, marketing, human behaviour, relationships, and transformation. I’ve created my own event concepts and worked with artists, producers, and creative teams, from intimate private experiences to large-scale events.

I bring together creativity, structure, and a deep understanding of people. Authenticity, beauty, depth, and simplicity matter to me.
