Who runs this website

This website is operated by Ingrid Joya Bachmann, trading as Rituals by Joya, based in Spain. For any privacy question or request, contact info@ritualsbyjoya.com.

What personal data is collected

• Enquiries. When you send an enquiry, I receive what you choose to share: your name, email address and message, and where asked, your organisation or event, wedding date, location and the service you are interested in.
• Emails. If you email me directly, I receive your email address and message.
• Analytics (only with your consent). Anonymous usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, collected by Google Analytics.
• Technical data. The hosting provider processes your IP address and basic request data to deliver the website securely.

Why it is used and legal basis (GDPR)

• Replying to your enquiry and preparing a proposal — steps at your request before a contract, and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• Providing agreed services — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Website analytics — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
• Website security and operation — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Your data is never sold, and it is not used for newsletters or marketing.

Service providers

• Website hosting and delivery (Lovable and its infrastructure providers, including Cloudflare).
• Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.), only if you accept analytics cookies.
• Google Fonts (Google), which delivers the site's typefaces and receives your IP address when the page loads.
• The email provider used to receive and answer enquiries.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Where this happens, transfers rely on safeguards recognised under GDPR, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Social media links

The site links to Instagram and LinkedIn. Nothing is embedded; these platforms only receive data if you choose to visit them, under their own privacy policies.

How long data is kept

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless they lead to a working relationship, in which case records are kept as long as required for contractual and legal obligations. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Security

The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to enquiries is limited to Ingrid Joya Bachmann.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@ritualsbyjoya.com and you will receive a reply within one month. You can change your cookie choice at any time on the Cookies page, linked in the footer.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority — in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the website or its services change. The date above shows the latest version.
